Hello, friends. It’s been a while! I didn’t intend to take a blogging break. . . .but I did. . . .and now I am back. I’m not sure how often I’ll be back, but I do love sharing this space with you all; so I plan to be here as often as I can.
Here’s what we’ve been up to since we last talked. . . .back in March (what?!). . .
We visited Jeremy’s family in California. . . .
This boy turned six!
This boy turned four!!!!
We spent time at a lake with our family. . .
We exclaimed over 4th of July fireworks. . .
We went hiking. . Ethan is sitting next to me here, and he just reminded me that he did NOT like walking over that suspension bridge 😉
AND, we started school. . . .K4 and 1st grade.
What about you? Where did your summer adventurings take you? I’d love to hear all about it!
Family. . .you love well, you are friends for a lifetime, you share life’s joys and sadness. . . In February, I definitely got to share one of life’s greatest joys with my sister. She gave birth to their second boy, Maxwell Christopher. I cried tears of joy while I photographed his birth. . .I cried tears of joy again for the beauty of this family of four, as I edited their images. There is nothing quite like those first few days of life with a newborn, and I am so grateful I was able to share those moments with them. Baby Max, welcome to our family. . .we love you so much already!
